The staff was attentive (and always smiling). The rooms were clean and also quite spacious. Breakfast offered ample choices. I found eggs, bacon, pastries, yogurt, cereal, toast, juices, and coffees.
I encountered limited parking close to the structure. There was no coffee in the room, i would have liked it. I found that some costs on my room bill were not easy to understand.

I was charmed by the central location near various shops and restaurants. the room had good heating. It was warm every day. i really enjoyed the smart rooms. The bathrooms were beautiful.
I noted the bar and restaurant seemed quite small relative to the hotel's total rooms. This sometimes made service slower during peak times.

the location was central, a real convenience. breakfast provided a great selection, a wonderful start to the day.
Repeatedly asked for the bedroom temperature to be reduced, it remained too hot. Repeatedly asked for a broken bedside light to be fixed, it wasn't. the staff were unable to explain costs on my bill. That was frustrating.
